During the Covid – 19 outbreak our offices are presently closed to the general public.
Clients may still be seen in the office by prior appointment at the discretion of the resident partner. In the first instance, you should phone or email your solicitor who can discuss with you whether it is necessary to meet.
In the event of a government or self-imposed lockdown, you may still contact the solicitor with whom you deal by email or, in the event of an emergency, by phoning 01557 330539. Please note that, as our solicitors will be remote working, you may not receive an immediate response, but we will endeavour to respond to urgent enquiries as quickly as possible.
IN SCOTLAND HOUSE VISTS FOR SALES AND VIEWINGS ARE NOT PRESENTLY ALLOWED.
THE LATEST GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE (as at 28TH May) STATES:
No home visits should take place by any other person or business in relation to anything connected with the purchase, sale, letting or rental of residential property. Nor should members of the public leave their home to progress any aspect of the purchase, sale, letting or rental of residential property, other than for a reasonably necessary move. See this supplementary guidance update
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you so very much for all of your work over the last, how many years that I have been involved with yourself in relation to my Uncle…..You were always very caring with him, and made my involvement so much easier than it might have been, given the distance …I always felt you were very much in his corner…
